How to Shop at Barama

BARAMA is a wholesale business with all prices shown on our website exclusive of GST.

We have no minimum order value online just a flat rate for freight which varies slightly depending which Australian state the order will be delivered to. Remote, non mainland destinations, some special items and very bulky items may incur freight charges at cost. See specific items and Delivery Details for further information.

We offer either an Click & Deliver or Click & Collect service. Customers are welcome to place orders online that can be collected from our warehouse: Monday - Thursday from 9.00am - 4.30pm, Friday 9.00am - 2.00pm. When your order is ready to collect, we will contact you either by email or phone. Your order can then be collected from our warehouse. Simply tick the Collect from our warehouse box when placing your on-line order. See CONTACT US for address details.

Our website also has available some amazing Sales and Specials of discontinued items that are only available online. Be sure to view our SALE ITEMS pages. (Please be aware that the discounted value will be indicated on the pop-up screen as you purchase and as a discount total at checkout).

When shopping, simply choose the product of interest, click on the image or product description to view the many different colours and sizes available and add individual items to your shopping cart.

Customers are welcome to visit and browse. Examples of all our product are displayed where you can test the quality and view the different available sizes and colours.

All orders can be placed online for delivery or warehouse pick-up. Ordering through our showroom is not available.

Customer Login

Barama is a wholesale business although the general public are welcome to purchase in wholesale quantities via this website. As such, all customers are required to either login to their existing account or create a new account when placing an order. Customer Login can be accessed via:

  • Clicking on 'Login & Start Shopping' from the front page
  • Clicking on 'MY ACCOUNT' found at the top right of your screen on every page
  • Using the shortcut 'Login' found at the top left of your screen on every page

We recommend that existing BARAMA customers login to their account before they start browsing our site to view their correct prices. This will also allow you to view your previous orders and prevent the need to fill out your address details, while also ensuring that your discount levels are correctly maintained. New customers to BARAMA are required to create a login account to place an order. This will ensure that your sales history with us can be correctly maintained.
You can create an account via the NEW CUSTOMER link accessed by clicking on 'MY ACCOUNT' - or see above for further options. Alternatively, feel free to browse our site and you will be prompted to create an account at checkout.


All prices shown on our website are entry level WHOLESALE prices excluding GST. Further discounts are available from these prices and are based on your sales figures and/or sales history with us.

A 20% discounts will apply to subsequent orders once your annual spend with us reaches AU$500 ex GST and will automatically register when you place your next order and log in to your account. Please note that your discount level will be reviewed on an annual basis. Further details regarding our wholesale pricing policy will be emailed at time of placing your first order.

In the case of products on special the discounted value will be indicated on the pop-up screen as you purchase and as a discount total at checkout. Customers with account discounts will receive whichever value is greater between their account discount or the product discount but not a combination of both.

Any Gift Fair coupon discounts or promotional offers will be valid only within the dates indicated with a maximum invoice discount capped at 35%, unless specified otherwise.

Sale Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions will apply to any advertised Barama sale:

  • Total discount will be capped at 50%
  • Max purchase value $2,000 (Ex GST & after discounts)
  • No rainchecks. Sale applies to in stock items only
  • Account customers will need to be up to date with their accounts to access special
Any third party websites claiming to have coupons, coupon codes or promo codes have not been authorized by Barama and are invalid.

Barama reserves the right to restrict the application of special offers from being used in conjunction with other offers and/or discounts

Delivery Details

Currently BARAMA's online ordering facility is available to delivery within Australia only. Any international customers, please email our office at: .

No minimum order value applies for orders placed on-line however we do have a flat rate delivery charge (exGST) to the following states:

  • VIC - $15.00 per order
  • NSW, ACT & SA - $17.50 per order
  • QLD - $19.50 per order
  • WA, TAS & NT - $24.50 per order

Remote and non mainland destinations, some special items, shreds, fills and 10 tier ribbon stands may incur freight charges at cost and are exempt from any freight offers and discounts. Any freight offers or discounts apply to standard shipping only.
Specific items that this can apply to will be indicated at point of sale and will be determined by the delivery destination. Our sales staff will contact you directly with the calculated delivery charge, if applicable.
Items will be shipped using a reputable courier company as chosen by BARAMA.

Orders placed on-line usually leave our warehouse within 24hrs of placing but may extend out to two or three days during busy periods, ie.before Easter, Mother's Day and Christmas. Urgent orders should be placed online by indicating in the 'Additional Information' box. Please note that during the busy Christmas period any urgent order will attract an additional $20.00(exGST) priority charge and will need to be placed before midday for same day dispatch. Express Post orders will also attract an additional $20.00(exGST) priority charge.

Delivery times will vary according to the parcel's destination and can take up three to five working days for some destinations. We try our hardest to pack and send orders as quickly as possible but once it leaves our premises we are not able to control the speed of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and address details. Please do not assume anything – the more information we can give our shipping provider the better the service and speed of delivery.

Receipt of your order will normally be confirmed within a few minutes of ordering and a confirmation email containing your order details sent.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a further email confirming that the items have been dispatch including the courier's tracking number.
Our couriers are instructed to leave the goods if no one is home, please specify an alternative delivery address if this does not suit.

Order & Collect: orders can be collected from our warehouse. Please indicate this by selecting 'Collect from our warehouse' as the shipping option at CHECKOUT. When your order is ready to collect, we will contact you either by email or phone. Your order can then be collected from our warehouse.

Payment & Security

Order and Pay Online Securely
BARAMA's online ordering can accept payment via credit card using MASTERCARD or VISA credit cards, all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).

All credit card transactions are protected using a 40-bit minimum to 256-bit encryption SSL Certificate and the eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY is an authorized third party processor for all the major Australian banks. We provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

Account customers should pay on invoice, as agreed.

Order and Pay by Phone or Email
Orders can be placed by phoning our office during business hours or sending us an email. There is no MOQ for phone or email orders that are to be delivered by our couriers.

31 Day Accounts may be available for customers who have qualified for a 20% discount, however credit will be forfeited should sales fall below these levels.


We have made every effort to represent our products on this website as accurately as possible however we do recognize that ordering on the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. At BARAMA you can shop online with the comfort of knowing that if you are not satisfied with an item you can receive a credit for the purchase.

Refunds are not applicable to custom made products and items purchased from our Specials section, please choose carefully.

Please note: Items need to be returned to us unopened, in original undamaged/unmarked packaging within 14 days for a refund or credit (less shipping fees).
