How to Shop at Barama

BARAMA is a wholesale business that also offers good value pricing to the general public. All prices shown on our website are exclusive of GST.
We have no minimum order value just a flat rate for freight which varies slightly depending which Australian state the order will be delivered to. Remote, non mainland destinations, some special items and very bulky items may incur freight charges at cost. See specific items and Delivery Details for further information.

Customer Login & Discounts

All prices shown on our website are TRADE LIST or SHOWROOM prices, excluding GST, and do not represent RETAIL prices. Further discounts are available from these prices and are based on your sales figures and/or sales history with us.
Existing BARAMA customers with discounts can view their prices by logging in via MY ACCOUNT. If you are an existing customer and do not have your login details, please contact our office:

New customers to BARAMA are not required to login to place an order although if you plan to place frequent orders online we recommend you creating a login to avoid having to re-enter your address details with each order. Customer logins also enable you to view your previous online orders.

New customers with no sales history with us will automatically receive an invoice discount on 'Checkout'.

  • 10% discount applies to initial orders over AU$250
  • 20% discount applies to initial orders over AU$500

Delivery Details

Currently BARAMA's online ordering facility is available to delivery within Australia only. Any international customers, please email our office at: .

No minimum order value apply however we do have a flat rate delivery charge (exGST) to the following states:

  • VIC - $15.00 per order
  • NSW, ACT & SA - $17.50 per order
  • QLD - $19.50 per order
  • WA, TAS & NT - $24.50 per order
Remote and non mainland destinations, some special items, shreds, fills and 10 tier ribbon stands may incur freight charges at cost. Specific items that this can apply to will be indicated at point of sale and will be determined by the delivery destination. Our sales staff will contact you directly with the calculated delivery charge, if applicable.

Items will be shipped using a reputable courier company as chosen by BARAMA.

Our lead time is usually two to three days. Urgent orders should be placed directly with our office, please contact us on: ph 1300 227 262 during business hours.

Delivery times will vary according to the parcel's destination and can take up three to five working days for some destinations. We can offer Express next day services to most areas within Australia - please contact our office, as above, to place an order. (additional charges will apply)

Receipt of your order will normally be confirmed within a few minutes of ordering and a confirmation email containing your order details sent.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a further email confirming that the items have been dispatch including the courier's tracking number.

Our couriers are instructed to leave the goods if no one is home, please specify an alternative delivery address if this does not suit.

Should we be out of stock of an existing product you have ordered that item will be backordered (unless the item has been discontinued) and delivered when available with no additional delivery charges. Orders with NEW items that have not arrived in stock will be held until all stock is available. Should this cause any issues, please contact our office.

Showroom Pickup is available, please indicate this by selecting 'showroom pickup' as the shipping option at CHECKOUT. Contact our office to organize suitable pickup time within office business hours.

Payment & Security

Order and Pay Online Securely
BARAMA's online ordering can accept payment via credit card using MASTERCARD or VISA credit cards, all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).

All credit card transactions are protected by Norton's Symantec, using 40-bit minimum to 256-bit encryption SSL Certificate and the eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY is an authorized third party processor for all the major Australian banks. We provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

Account customers should pay on invoice, as agreed.

Terms

31 Day Accounts may be available for customers who have qualified for a 20% discount, however credit will be forfeited should sales fall below these levels.

Returns

We have made every effort to represent our products on this website as accurately as possible however we do recognize that ordering on the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. At BARAMA you can shop online with the comfort of knowing that if you are not satisfied with an item you can receive a credit for the purchase.

Refunds are not applicable to custom made products and items purchased from our Specials section, please choose carefully.

Please note: Items need to be returned to us unopened, in original undamaged/unmarked packaging within 14 days for a refund or credit (less shipping fees).
