If you are new to BARAMA and a wholesale business related to the Gift Industry or related corporate activity, please complete a Wholesale Login Application by clicking on the link below or follow the above 'Wholesale Login' link and click on the 'Apply for Wholesale Login' button.
Once submitted your application will be sent to our sales office, please allow up to two working days for your application to be processed.
If you wish to place an order in the interim, you can continue to select items into your 'Shopping Box'. Your 'Shopping Box' will be retained on your computer and will automatically update whenever you login.
Note: Pricing is based on sales (potential) figures and is reviewed periodically.

We have a flat rate delivery charge of $15.00 exGST regardless of package size, to most locations in Australia. Remote and non mainland destinations, Shreds, Fills and 10 Tier Ribbon Stands may incurr freight charges at cost.

Items will be shipped using a reputable courier company as chosen by BARAMA.
Our lead time is usually two to three days. Urgent orders should be placed directly with our office, please contact us on: ph 1300 227 262 during business hours.
Delivery times will vary according to the parcel's destination and can take up three to five working days for some destinations.
We can offer Express next day services to most areas within Australia - please contact our office, as above, to place an order. (additional charges will apply)
Receipt of your order will normally be confirmed within a few minutes of ordering and a confirmation email containing your order details sent.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a further email confirming that the items have been dispatch including the courier's tracking number.
Our couriers are instructed to leave the goods if no one is home, please specify an alternative delivery address if this does not suit.
Should we be out of stock of a product you have ordered that item will be backordered (unless the item has been discontinued) and delivered when available with no additional delivery charges
Showroom Pickup is available, please indicate this by selecting 'showroom pickup' as the shipping option at CHECKOUT. Contact our office to organizea suitable pickup time within office business hours.

BARAMA's online ordering can accept payment via credit card using MASTER or VISA credit cards, prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).
All credit card transactions are protected by VeriSign, using 40-bit minimum to 256-bit encryption SSL Certificate and the eWAY Payment Gateway.
eWAY is an authorized third party processor for all the major Australian banks. We provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
Account customers should pay on invoice, as agreed.

We have made every effort to represent our products on this website as accurately as possible however we do recognizethat ordering on the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. At BARAMA you can shop online with the comfort of knowing that if you are not satisfied with an item you can receive a credit for the purchase.
